1. Bindery oil construction

 (1) The asphalt material of the viscous layer should be used fast cracking sprinkler emulsified asphalt, can also be used fast, medium-setting liquid petroleum asphalt, viscous asphalt should be in line with the “asphalt pavement construction and acceptance specifications” (GB 50092) Appendix C.

 (2) viscous asphalt should be used asphalt sprinkler spraying, sprinkling should maintain a stable speed and spraying volume. Asphalt sprinkler in the entire width of the sprinkler should be sprayed evenly. Sticky layer of asphalt can also be sprayed manually, manual spraying shall be operated by workers with skilled spraying techniques, uniform spraying.

 (3) in the curb, rainwater inlets, inspection wells and other local application of brush manual painting.

 (4) The paste layer of asphalt pouring excess should be scraped.

 (5) When there is dirt and dust on the road surface, it should be cleaned up by manual sweeping or air compressor blowing, rinsed by water truck, and poured after the surface is dry.

 2. Installation and commissioning of elevation control device

 (1) Modified asphalt mixture is usually paved elevation control is appropriate to use floating datum beam or non-contact datum balance beam. For some special requirements of the road, the construction can use the benchmark elevation line guide, that is, fixed plate on both sides of the design elevation every 5m to set up a measurement pier, in the measurement pier (top plate) on the placement of qualified aluminum beam as the elevation of the reference surface, and set up a special person to look after.

 (2) When the road surface is wide, multiple pavers should be used in echelon joint paving mode. When joint paving is adopted, it is desirable to set up a paver with a fixed screed on the inner side and exercise it convexly in front, and set up a hydraulic telescopic paver on the outer side to follow it. The paver at the rear should take the paved surface of the previous paver as the reference surface, and the paving elevation should be controlled by means of a sliding shoe.

 (3) When floating datum beams or non-contact balancing beams are used as elevation control devices, they should be debugged according to the product instruction manual before use, and can be put into use only when they comply with the relevant regulations.

 3. Mix transportation

 (1) Large-tonnage self-unloading vehicles shall be used for transportation, and the number of vehicles shall be compatible with the number of pavers, paving capacity, and transportation distance, so that an uninterrupted flow of supply vehicles shall be formed in front of the pavers.

 (2) In order to facilitate unloading, the bottom and side plates of the transportation vehicle compartment should be evenly coated with a layer of isolating agent, generally using oil-water mixture (diesel:water=1:3), and wiping off the accumulated residual liquid.

 (3) When loading the transportation truck, avoid segregation phenomenon by moving back and forth and loading in layers.

 (4) In order to avoid temperature drop and dust contamination, and to prevent rain, the vehicle loaded with the mixture should be covered with a tarpaulin.
